Ex-LAPD Officer Wanted in Killing Deported to US From Mexico

An outlaw previous Los Angeles cop accused of executing a man amid an enjoying some downtime battle has been extradited back to the U.S. after his capture in northern Mexico, powers said.

Not long after his capture Tuesday in Ciudad Juarez, Henry Solis, 27, was ousted to El Paso, Texas, where he’ll be kept for the present, said Laura Eimiller, a representative for the FBI in Los Angeles. The FBI did not give additional data on the following legitimate strides for Solis, yet Eimiller said more would be uncovered Wednesday.

Solis was caught by security compels in Ciudad Juarez, over the outskirt from El Paso, the Chihuahua state lawyer general’s office said. The capture was made because of a trade of data with U.S. powers and knowledge work, it said.

The workplace had said Solis would be “put at the demeanor of Mexico’s movement office so he can be given over to the proper powers.”

Solis, who was a youngster LAPD officer, is needed in the shooting demise of Salome Rodriguez, 23, outside a dance club in Pomona, California, on March 13. Examiners said the two had gotten into a question in the club.

Rodriguez’s family and companions held a petition to God vigil in the parking area Tuesday night subsequent to listening to Solis was in authority.

“We’re glad. We’re content that he was gotten,” his mom, Lidia Rodriguez, said through tears.
